Reporting
In certain situations, the law prescribes that an annual account must be compiled for your company (for example for PLCs). You may want a clear impression of your company operations for the previous year or the previous period. Your bank or insurance broker may also have submitted a request for an annual account or intermediate figures.
Bosma & Van Otterlo Administraties can take care of the compilation of the annual account for your company. This can be a one-man business, commercial partnership, partnership, association/foundation or PLC. If it is compulsory, we also draw up the filing documentation for the Chamber of Commerce based on this annual account. In respect of preparing the annual accounts, it makes no difference who actually executed the administration, you or us.
If your company has an obligation to compile an annual account and filing documentation, then Bosma & Van Otterlo Administraties is in a position to ensure that these reports meet all legal requirements.
We can also – on request – compile periodical figures (for example quarterly reports) for your company. This gives you a clear intermediate impression of the financial situation of your company.
